Windows Server 2025 brings a new version of the context menus (the ones that appear when you right-click on a folder, for example). They contain less items, so this can be quite annoying. If you want to bring back the behaviour from Windows Server 2022, do the following: Open the Command Prompt (as Administrator) and run the reg add "HKCU\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}\InprocServer32" /f /ve command After that, go to Task Manager and restart Explorer.
