Hi, sorry if I post in the wrong forum, but I'm a newbe. The following is going on. A company calaims that I recieved their email. I can not find this email, neither the normal inbox or the spam box. To proof that they sent and I recieved their email they send me the following lines:

Now I see they sent it and is it really delivered in my mailbox?
How can I prove I did not get it in my email?
