Unfortunately, Adobe is pushing hard to their Cloud Suite (Creative Cloud) and has disabled all download links to their CS6 suite. After some searching, I found the following 2 links still working (as of May 2020):

I ran into the issue of the Master Collection not being English as other people have posted (even though my browser is set to English). I looked at the links and figured out the LS# on the end is the language code. LS16 gets you English, so if you want the English files for the Windows version of the Master Collection, they are:

and

I haven't tested this one (downloading it as I type this), but the English installer for the Mac version should be:
